Before pitching you agree to perform due diligence and check the journalist or sender's identity and credentials before pitching. The materials appearing on VerdiPr's website, newsletter & instant requests could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. VerdiPr does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.
VerdiPr may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However VerdiPr does not make any commitment to update the materials.
VerdiPr has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by VerdiPr of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
If you sign up to VerdiPr membership, you will be presented with all information about your subscription plan during registration and when you make changes to your plan. Your plan and subscription information can be accessed from within your account at any time, including your payment method which you can update. You will be able to manage your plan from within your account as well, including the ability to cancel any time.
You authorise VerdiPr to send instructions to the financial institution that issued your card & our subscription software service, payment gateway Stripe, to take payments from your card account in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
VerdiPr membership is billed on a monthly basis. You will be billed on the same day each cycle, or last day of the month if the billing day doesn't exist in any given month (e.g. 31st in February).
Members & Non-members have the opportunity to send their news to journalists, by paying for a dedicated placement. This placement can be up to 500 characters and can also include up to 3 x attachments. Prices are subject to change and will be displayed at the time of purchase. Once purchased, no refunds can be requested & amendments are at the discretion of VerdiPr.
You grant VerdiPr permission to craft the title for your newsletter placement, so that all titles stay in the same editorial style throughout (for Journalist ease). You also agree that VerdiPr cannot guarantee replies from journalists.
If you sign up to the VerdiPr service & your payment method fails and your account becomes past due, your account is subject to immediate suspension. Suspension means that you will no longer receive press opportunities.
No refunds will be given to VerdiPr members/users of VerdiPr's software. If you have been granted a free trial or a promo code entitling you to a free trial, and you don't want to continue using VerdiPr, please make sure you end your trial before the next billing date.
Cancellations can be made from within your account. If wanting to cancel, please ensure you cancel before the renewal date or you will be charged & a refund will not be granted. On cancellation, your membership will be terminated immediately & you will no longer receive, nor be able to pitch for press opportunities.
VerdiPr aspires to provide a top-tier service to both journalists & PR/brand subscribers alike. In order to do this, we need to have the ability to deny pitches, for example if they are inappropriate, abusive or irrelevant. All users of VerdiPr, both free and paid subscribers, agree that their emails may be read by the VerdiPr team & if the content is deemed either inappropriate, abusive or irrelevant to the initial press request, it will not be sent on to the journalist. Therefore, please ensure that you are kind, professional & that all pitches are 100% accurate to the initial request.
You may not republish any information contained within the VerdiPr daily newsletter or VerdiPr press opportunities for any reason.
VerdiPr withhold the right to suspend any users using our platform inappropriately if we deem so with written notice.
VerdiPr are not liable for any damages or losses:
From time to time our website maybe unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. We monitor our servers and try to maintain a 99.9% uptime at all costs. Sometimes there may be bugs on our platform, servers or newsletter & we can't guarantee that there will never be issues. If you do come across any please do notify us so we can rectify it.
As a VerdiPr member, you also acknowledge that in the unlikely scenario that any errors are made on the platform, newsletter or press opportunities, they will be amended & rectified ASAP & you will not be permitted a refund, nor discount.
All data that is processed by VerdiPr is stored by VerdiPr in accordance with our privacy policy. VerdiPr takes privacy and security seriously. VerdiPr may analyse anonymised data and has full rights to all data.
Businesses and users of VerdiPr must ensure they are compliant with all relevant laws, including but not limited to GDPR.
VerdiPr may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
